The Gospel of John has inspired and instructed Christians for over 2,000 years and is a favorite of many for its simplicity as well as its profound depth.

  • Who wrote the gospel, to whom was it written and why?

  • What is the meaning of the 'Seven Signs'?

  • How is the gospel similar to and different from the three 'Synoptic' gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke)?

  • What can this ancient gospel writer teach us today about our faith, about God and about Christ, our Savior?

The Kerygma Sunday School class will attempt to answer these and other questions about this fascinating gospel. All are welcome to join in the discussion as we will learn together. As usual, we meet most Sunday mornings, 9:45a - 10:30a in the Garden View Room.
